WELCOME TO BOSTON GALLBLADDER
Our focus is on the care of patients with gallbladder disease. This has allowed us to provide the highest quality of care in evaluating, educating, and considering surgery as well as before, during, and after surgery in those who need laparoscopic cholecystecomy.
Unlike most general surgeons who perform a range of procedures we decided to specialize in just a couple areas of care. The result is superior outcomes for our patients.
Here are three things you should know about Boston Gallbladder:
- Our clinical team will give you the time you need and answer all your questions.
- We focus on providing the highest level of care in the treatment of gallbladder disease, specializing in laparoscopic cholecystectomy to ensure the best outcomes possible
- You’ll feel confident knowing that your surgeon specializes in gallbladder surgery—and has a proven track record of refining both the surgical technique and the care that patients receive.

LEARN ABOUT RECOVERY AFTER LAPAROSCOPIC CHOLECYSTECTOMY
We perform minimally invasive surgery to remove the gallbladder for patients with gallbladder disease. It is good for patients to be as active as possible after surgery, while being careful to avoid any activity that causes pain at the incisions. Pain is managed mostly with tylenol and ibuprofen and patients ususally get back to eating a normal diet within a couple weeks of surgery.
